Management Information Systems (MIS)

The monthly MIS report will produce all information and data regarding site performance in all front. Also, the conformance to SLA’s shall be reported along with our own satisfaction survey report.
The monthly detailed report prepared by the Management Team will include the following:

• Operations performance
• Management Report
• Conformance to SLA’s for the month
• Performance rating by the client

These reports will also highlight preventive and corrective actions as suggestions to our client for obtaining a balance in the operational expenses and achieve increased returns. The reports shall also highlight key concern areas and the corrective action plan to overcome with it.
